Public Works Permit Operations supports the following groups within the Engineering division: Capital Projects Management, Development Engineering Services, and Traffic Engineering Services.
Development Engineering Services' Mission:
Provide a livable community by ensuring public health and safety through orderly development of land in a cost-effective manner supporting the Denver Comprehensive Plan, and coordinate all private use and private construction of public infrastructure in the right-of-way.
PWPO's Mission:
Public Works Permit Operations shall serve our customers in a consistent manner while striving to ensure the safety of the City of Denver as a whole.
