 Small Area Plans Minimize
A small area plan is any plan that addresses the issues of a portion of the city.  Small area plans can cover as few as 10 acres or as many as 4,500 acres.  It is useful to identify three different geographic scales for plans:  neighborhood, corridor, and district.  Small area plans cover a specific geography that often has a cohesive set of characteristics.  (Read more)

 The Elyria Swansea neighborhood planning effort kicked-off on Saturday, November 3, 2007.
 
Denver’s Gateway is a developing area located along the Peňa Boulevard corridor between Denver International Airport and I-70.  The Gateway also straddles RTD’s East Corridor FasTracks line connecting the airport to downtown Denver.  Up to three transit stations will be built in or near the Gateway area. 
The Globeville Assessment in now completed.  The Assesment provides an inventory and analysis of existing neighborhood conditions.
The La Alma/Lincoln Park Assessment is complete!
Currently, we are in process of completing a Neighborhood Plan for the area.
Louisiana Pearl Station Area Plan - Adopted October 2007
 
The plan identifies a vision to address future change that could occur as a result of the new transit station, and includes recommendations and implementation strategies for land use, urban design, and mobility.
 
The University Park Statistical Neighborhood is situated in southeast Denver.   The University Park Small Area Plan articulates near and long-term goals, issues, and recommendations for the future development of University Park
