The City and County of Denver has completed a Neighborhood Assessment for the Curtis Park Neighborhood. The assessment serves to provide an inventory and analysis of existing neighborhood conditions including demographics, land use, zoning, housing, historic preservation and transportation.
In other news the Denver City Council voted unanimously to accept the application to landmark the 2700 block of Stout in November of 2007 as Curtis Park Historic District “E”. This new district joins the four existing districts (A – D) and shares the protection and tax benefits of landmark status.
