An abbreviated academy and a shortened FTO Program for those that qualify. Current starting pay $43,824. Pay may range to $66,252 upon completion of abbreviated academy based on your credited patrol experience. Qualified applicants please prepare the following documents: copy of your high school diploma or GED, a copy of your birth certificate, copy of your CO POST certification (or your state equivalent), copies of all law enforcement training records, military discharge DD-214 if you are a Veteran of the U.S. Armed Forces, proof of U.S. Citizenship (if born outside of the U.S.), copies of your department performance evaluations for the past three years. Maintain copies of this information until it is requested from you.
