An abbreviated academy and a shortened FTO Program for those that qualify. Current starting pay $43,824. Pay may range to $66,252 upon completion of abbreviated academy based on your credited patrol experience. Qualified applicants please prepare the following documents: copy of your high school diploma or GED, a copy of your birth certificate, copy of your CO POST certification (or your state equivalent), copies of all law enforcement training records, military discharge DD-214 if you are a Veteran of the U.S. Armed Forces, proof of U.S. Citizenship (if born outside of the U.S.), copies of your department performance evaluations for the past three years.
