The City and County of Denver is committed to significantly reducing the depletion of our natural resources, overfilled landfills, and environmental pollution. We challenge our vendors to partner with us in our goal and take a step in the same direction by duplexing your proposal and submitting it on paper containing at least 30% post-consumer content.
Instructions for Viewing Bidding Opportunities:
- Viewing our bid solicitations does not obligate a vendor to bid.
- To view our current opportunities, including the specifications, visit the Denver Procurements Section of our Web-Site (a link to the Denver Procurements site is provided later on this page. Please read the important instructions that follow).
- Once you enter Denver Procurements, select the solicitation you’re interested in by clicking on the proposal number. The “Online Bid – Selected” request form will appear, fill out the form completely and click the Submit Request button at the bottom of the page. Important Note: It is vital that you complete the Online Bid –Selected request form accurately and completely. The information you enter in this form will be used to provide you with updates for that particular solicitation. Updates may include addenda that contain additional submittal requirements, which if not met, may result in disqualification. The next page that pops up will have a link at the bottom of the page called “Download the Bid Document in PDF Format”, click on this link and the entire solicitation package will appear on your screen in PDF Format. Note: There may be additional instructions on the first page of the solicitation.
