Online Graffiti Report / Removal Request Form
You can report graffiti anywhere in Denver and City assistance is provided at no charge!
PLEASE READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE PROCEEDING TO OUR ONLINE REPORT FORM BELOW
If you are reporting graffiti on your property, we must have a signed release on file. If you have not previously signed a release form (or if you are unsure) download one below and return it by fax or mail before completing the online report form.

You may also report graffti on other property. The City will notify the responsible party and may assist in its removal. To aide in prompt removal, please give the most precise information possible when reporting graffiti.
For Private Property
An exact address is required when reporting graffiti on Private Property. This allows us to verify that we have a signed release on file which enables us to create a work order or it prompts us to mail a release for signature. Enter the information as in the following example:

Location of graffiti On garage door in the alley
For Public Property
When reporting graffiti on Public Property please tell us the structure of what the graffiti is located on ( Traffic signs, poles, traffic control boxes) and tell us the location by identifying the major cross streets. Enter the information as in the following example:
