Online Graffiti Report / Removal Request Form

Are you are reporting graffiti on your property?
We must have a signed release on file for your property. If you have not previously signed a release form (or if you are unsure), download one below and return it by fax or mail
before completing the online report form. If you are reporting graffiti on your property, PLEASE report the incident to the
police department. For your convenience, you can click the bottom of this page to make an
online police report.
You may also report graffiti on other property. When reporting other private property, please provide the exact address(s). The City will notify the responsible party and may assist in its removal. To aide in prompt removal, please give the most precise information possible when reporting graffiti.
For Private Property
An exact address is required when reporting graffiti on Private Property. This allows us to verify that we have a signed release on file which enables us to create a work order or it prompts us to mail a release for signature. Enter the information as in the following example:

For Public Property
When reporting graffiti on Public Property please tell us the structure of what the graffiti is located on ( Traffic signs, poles, private trash receptacles i.e. Waste Management vs. City dumpsters) and tell us the location by identifying the cross streets. Enter the information as in the following example:
