City Ordinance # 846-01 adopted October 9, 2001 requires any person, who transports rubbish within the City & County of Denver in or on any motor vehicle, other than a motor vehicle equipped with a mechanical compactor unit or a rubbish container unit to register the motor vehicle with the Department of Public Works.
