Many of the older records are hand copied and may have errors. Also, many of the older plats have been used to record notes and information, including adding lines and annotation that may be hard to distinguish from the original underlying data. These records are not to be relied upon for survey information. The official subdivision records can only be obtained from the official record which is held by the Clerk and Recorder’s Office of the City and County of Denver.

The city is furnishing the Data on an “as is” basis and without any representation, warranty or guarantee, including but not in any manner limited to, fitness, merchantability or the accuracy and completeness of the Data. The city assumes no liability for any errors or omissions of the Data. Specifically, the city is not responsible for any costs including, but not limited to, those incurred as result of lost revenues, loss of use of the Data, the costs of recovering the Data, claims by third parties, or for any other costs.
