Denver Urban Renewal Authority Board
The Denver Urban Renewal Authority Board is responsible for administering program funds (including tax increment financing), for the elimination of slum and blight and other purposes including redevelopment, rehabilitation, conservation, and the construction of improvements in accordance with state and federal regulations.
Landmark Preservation Commission
The Landmark Preservation Commission is responsible for preserving and designating districts that have extraordinary importance to the historical development of Denver, or possess architectural importance or significant geographical importance.
Lower Downtown Design Review Board
The Lower Downtown Design Review Board is responsible for ensuring that all additions, alterations, and rehabilitation of historic buildings in the lower downtown district retain and preserve their original character.
Planning Board
The Planning Board serves to provide general supervision over the policies of the Planning office and to advise the Mayor and City Council on the Denver Comprehensive Plan, zoning and view plane regulations, and other important planning initiatives.
