Swimming Pool
Public Health regulates over 600 swimming pools used by the general public; these include pools at hotels, schools, apartments, hospitals, athletic and recreation centers.
Private residential pools are not regulated or inspected.
Indoor swimming pools are inspected quarterly. Outdoor pools are inspected twice during the summer season.
