Message Line for Families of Victims of Unresolved Homicides

In partnership with Families of Homicide Victims And Missing Persons (FOHVAMP) and the Denver Police Department Homicide Bureau, the Victim Assistance Unit has established a dedicated voicemail line for the families of unresolved homicide victims to provide updated contact information to DPD or to request additional assistance or information related to an unresolved homicide that occurred in the City & County of Denver.

This is a voice-mail only line that will be regularly checked by the VAU. All messages will be returned as quickly as possible by members of either the DPD Homicide Bureau and/or Victim Assistance Unit.

When calling, please provide the following information:

- The name of the victim
- DPD Incident Report Number (if known)
- Your name & relationship to the victim
- Your phone number(s) & the best time to return your call
- Details regarding the information you are requesting
- Details regarding the type of assistance you are seeking
