QUEREE HOUSE
2914 W. 29th Ave., (Potter Highlands)

Scottish immigrant Joseph Queree is remembered as one of Denver’s finest carpenters. He built his own home in 1888 and adorned the one-story cottage with an octagonal tower entrance with a bell-cast roof. Red-brick corbelling and arches provide sedate trim.
