Validation and testing should be a regular, integrated practice throughout your entire development process. Testing of pages or applications should be done upon creation, during any modifications to the code, when changes are made to Cascading Style Sheet (CSS) references, if the design or layout of a page or its content is altered, and when any interface changes are made. Testing should be as common and natural to you as the coding process itself.
