Majority of the exterior preservation will be completed including repairing the front steps, replacing concrete, tuckpointing, and cleaning masonry. Interior upgrades include basement and 5th floor HVAC, sprinkler system in the basement, replacing windows and blinds for energy conservation and functionality, remodeling restrooms, adding exit lights, and modifying existing bronze doors.
Permit Center - Repairs
 $3,105,000

Repair HVAC and upgrade to electronic controls, recarpet, repaint, upgrade building electrical, minor space configurations, repair exterior concrete and sidewalks, and provide furniture with lighting system.
