I am jim valdez Chief mechanical inspector of Inspection  Services. As Mechanical inspectors, our job is to oversee installations of a variety of mechanical work to ensure public safety. The inspections administered include boilers and pressure vessels, refrigeration, gas piping, furnace, and ventilation in both new construction and existing installations in residential as well as commercial.
