Joseph (Joe) Vars

 

      Thank you for visiting our website. I am Joe Vars, Chief Inspector of the Plumbing and Fire Suppression Section of Inspection Services. Our job is to inspect sanitary piping, water service, storm water piping and plumbing fixtures for residential or commercial properties. As a result, each day we interact with contractors, engineers, and property owners.  All inspections are performed in accordance to Denver Building Code and International Code Council with the permit requirements, and all of our inspectors are State Licensed and or international code certified. 
Consultations:

For walk-in and phone consultations,inspectors are available

Monday through Friday 7:30am to 8:30am

Chiefs` are available 2:00pm to 3:30pm
