Energy Star for New Homes
Energy Star for New Homes is an EPA above code program promoting energy efficiency in the construction and operation of a new home. The City and County of Denver (CCD), along with Greenprint Denver, the Governor’s Energy Office, HBA of Denver, and Xcel Energy recommend this program and are currently rewarding builders that achieve Energy Star certification with reduced fees, cash rebates and special recognition.
