Alarm Permit Center

Denver residents and businesses that wish to operate a security alarm must obtain a City-issued permit and have the alarm monitored by a licensed monitoring company.   Go to the Alarms Division of the Department of Excise and Licenses to learn more.

                                                    Business License Complaint Form 

                                                    If you have a complaint or concern about a business operating in Denver, please complete the Business License Complaint Form and return it to our Department.  We will investigate any complaint regarding the business licenses that we issue for the City and County of Denver.

                                                     

                                                     

                                                     

                                                     

                                                    Medical Marijuana Establishments

                                                    Medical Marijuana applications will be accepted Monday - Thursday 9:00am - 4:00pm.

                                                    OPC's previously in operation and in compliance with State and Local Laws must apply for an OPC license with the CIty of Denver by June 29, 2012.

                                                     MIPS previously in operation and possessing a City retaill or wholesale food license must apply for a MIPS license with the City of Denver. To apply, please come to the Department of Excise and Licenses with your completed application package. Read more information about medical marijuana licensing updates.
