Santa Fe - Evans Bridge Project

Denver Public Works is repairing the bridge at Evans over Santa Fe. The work is being constructed in three phases and once complete, the Evans corridor from the Platte River to the east side of the viaduct will have:

  • Structural concrete deck repairs & replacement
  • Updated lighting
  • Widened sidewalk and ramps
  • New traffic signals (at river)
  • New asphalt overlay
  • New substructure foundation at Delaware pier
  • Updated fencing

Due to the work on the bridge, Santa Fe off-ramps to Evans are closed through until the project is complete (late summer 2013). Delays should be expected and alternate routes are advised
