Neal Berlin
For over 35 years he served local governments as a city manager. He also served in the U.S. Army. He received a Masters in Public Administration from University of Michigan and his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Illinois Wesleyan University.  He has undertaken additional academic work at the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, American University, the University of Colorado, and the University of Denver. Commissioner Berlin is actively involved in programs that serve persons challenged with developmental disabilities. He is a Board member of the Developmental Disabilities Resource Center in Lakewood.  His term expires 12/31/2012.
