If you wish to speak at the Public Hearing regarding the proposed amendments to Rule 12, please call 720-913-3371 no later than 12:00 noon, Monday, February 11, 2013.  You may also contact the Commission by email at CSCHearing@denvergov.org, by the same deadline. Individual oral comment will be limited to five (5) minutes due to the anticipated number of requests to speak.

Submission of written comment is encouraged. If you wish to file written comments you may file the comments electronically by email (as a Word or PDF attachment) at CSCHearing@denvergov.org, no later than 12:00 noon, Monday, February 11, 2013. You may also mail or deliver your comments (same deadline) in care of:

The public hearing on proposed amendments to Commission Rule 12 will be held, as noted above, in advance of the Commission’s regularly scheduled meeting on February 15, 2013.  The Commission’s regular meeting will begin following the close of the public hearing.
