Make sure your address is correct in order to receive your mail ballot
(Denver) – The deadline to register to vote or to change an address for the November 1, 2011 Coordinated Election is Monday, October 3, 2011.
Denver voters who have recently moved should verify that their address information on file with the Denver Elections Division is correct. The Elections Division needs current address information to ensure that all election materials, including ballots, are sent to the correct address. Ballots are not forwarded by the U.S. Postal Service.
Voters can visit www.GoVoteColorado.com and register to vote online, update an address or simply verify that address information is correct. Alternatively, voters can call the Elections Division to verify their information, or they can go to www.DenverVotes.org and download a paper form that can be used to register to vote or update an address. The paper form can be scanned and e-mailed to email@example.com, returned by fax to 720-913-8600, or mailed to or dropped off at 200 W. 14th Ave., Suite 100, Denver, CO 80204.
