Pre Submittal Roster

A Pre-Submittal Meeting will be held at 1:00 p.m. MST on July 30, 2014, in Conference Room 4.G.2 Webb Building, 201 West Colfax Avenue, Denver, CO 80202. Interested firms are encouraged to attend. Submitters are responsible for any information conveyed at this meeting.

Question Deadline: All inquiries and questions regarding this RFQ shall be directed to Elizabeth Zollo in the Public Works Department in writing via email at elizabeth.zollo@denvergov.org no later than August 8, 2014, 3:00 p.m.

Printed Responses are due August 15, 2014, no later than 10:00 a.m. MST, delivered to Public Works Finance and Administration, Attn: Elizabeth Zollo,  201 W. Colfax, Ste. 614, Denver, CO  80202.

General Statement of Work: The City and County of Denver is seeking comprehensive professional design services required to construct the Levitt Pavilion at Ruby Hill Park, a new 7500 person capacity outdoor performance venue located within Ruby Hill Park.

Minority and Women Business Enterprise Participation:  The Project goal of 30% must be met with certified participants as set forth in Section 28-65, D.R.M.C. or through the demonstration of a sufficient good faith effort under Section 28-62 D.R.M.C.  For compliance with good faith requirements under Section 28-62(b), the M/WBE percentage solicitation level required for this project is 100%.

As the City’s best interests may appear, the Manager of Public Works reserves the right to waive informalities in, and to reject any or all, proposals.
