TREX - Finalization Nassau
Boston/Nassau –Install storm sewers sidewalks, curb and gutter adjacent to new light rail stations on South Boston Street.  Install sidewalks on Nassau Street.

2013 On-Call Structural Safety Repairs Ph 1
Project consists of excavation and back fill work, removal of existing bridge expansion joints and pedestrian railing, curb, gutter, sidewalk, concrete pavement, asphalt mat and portions of present structure(s) and the installation of new bridge expansion joints, railing, pedestrian railing and security barriers of various types, placement of chain link fencing and Type 3 rail; paint steel girders, remove debris from culverts, placement of concrete walks, curb, gutter, concrete pavement, aggregate base course and ramps; placement of rip rap, concrete deck sealing, repair/replacement of waterproofing membrane, repair of concrete deck, asphalt patching, clean deck drains, clean bearings, routing and sealing of cracks and providing traffic impact attenuators,traffic control and man lift(s) and the undertaking of slab jacking and /or mudjacking.

Benedict Fountain Park
Implementation of concept design for improvements in Benedict Fountain Park.  Key elements include addition of a naturalistic play environment with land forms and a picnic area; improvements to the fountain plaza area; interpretation of Benedict fountain and park history; park circulation; definition of major park corners and entry points and all incidental work including repairs/upgrades to irrigation system and fountain mechanics.

Washington Park - Diagonal Road & Picnic Area - Master Plan
Improve picnic area and parking circulation in the “Diagonal” area.  Prepare a small area master plan for future regional playground; also study surrounding basketball and tennis court areas as they relate to Diagonal.  Project Location: Washington Park bordered by S Downing St and S Franklin St, and E Virginia Ave and E Louisiana Ave.

High Street Outfall System - Phase 1
This project involves the construction of a storm sewer system from approximately 40th Avenue and Blake Street to the Platte River. The system will start at 40th and Blake and continue northwest along 40th (under the railroad tracks), northeast along Brighton Blvd., and then northwest under the Pepsi Bottling facility and the Coliseum parking lot.

Parkhill Storm, Phase IV A -51st and St. Paul
Opencut storm and sanitary sewer project located at 48th Ave and Colorado Blvd. to 48th and Dahlia St.

Colorado Center Bike & Ped Connection
Pedestrian/Bike Bridge Crosses I-25 from Colorado Center on the south to Bellaire and Jewell on the North. Pedestrian Bridge 14 Ft. clear horizontal inside, 10 ft. clear vertical inside

Red Rocks Road Bridge and Roadway Project
Red Rocks Road 2 Bridge over Mt Vernon Creek replacement and associated approach roadway improvements.

11th Ave. - Elm to Holly
Storm sewer improvements to upgrade the existing storm sewer system that has deficiencies in Basin 4500-04. New upgraded pipeline system is needed along 11th Ave. between Elm and Holly Street, tributary to the Hale Pkwy. System.

Cherry Creek S. Drive Phase III
Final Design for improvements to Cherry Creek South Drive from approximately 600 feet west of Steele Street to 200 feet west of Garfield.  Project elements include new curb, gutter and sidewalk, center medians, concrete pavement, landscaping and irrigation and drainage.  Project includes installation of a new fully signalized intersection at Cherry Creek South Drive and Alameda.

2012 TIP:  NE Downtown Next Steps Plan
This PMP is for a study of multimodal connectivity and operations for the Northeastern Denver.  The study will result in recommendations for future operational and physical/capital improvements.

East I-70 Corridor STP Analysis
Funds will be used to conduct a more specific travelshed analysis within the study area of the I-70 East Environmental Impact Statement  (Brighton Blvd. to Tower Road, 26th Ave. to N. City limits). This work would follow CDOT’s determination of final alignment for I-70 and provide additional information to local street network.

Hadley Branch Library
Complete interior renovation of existing branch library including new elevator and egress stair. Scope will not include installation of an automated book sorter.

Garland Park Playground
A CIP CW Playground funded design and construction project.  Remove two (2) existing playgrounds and replace with one (1) large play area at a preferred location.  Design new equipment, surfacing, ADA access and hardscape. Dept. of Environmental Health conducting sub-surface soil investigations to help determine a preferred playground site.

Wellshire GC - Skeel Dam Improvements - Phase 2
Includes the final design, permitting and construction of improvements. 

50th & Washington Intercept
Project involves 6700 feet of sanitary sewer as well as replacement of 1400 feet of Metro sewer line. The project has the potential to replace 3 crossings of I-70 with one crossing and to eliminate and existing sanitary siphon at 46th and Washington. The sanitary will be upsized as well to provide future development in this area.

Hampden Heights Storm Sewer improvements - Ph II (Girard Outfall)
Storm drainage improvement project in Southeast Denver (Basin 4600-04). Tributary to the Cherry Creek is to provide a higher level of protection to the flood-prone areas within the Hampden Heights neighborhood by upgrading the existing drainage system.

52nd & Emerson Design and Construction (Construction)
52nd and Emerson Regional Water Quality Pond (Pilot Project)

Open cut 84" storm and 24" sanitary from 48th and Dahlia to Dahlia and Smith Road.

Public Infrastructure 38th St. and Blake TOD - Sidewalk
This project will construct sidewalk/curb and gutter sections near 38th and Blake Streets. A new eight-foot wide bike path connection from Blake Street to the 38th Underpass, with twenty (20) bicycle parking spaces will be part of task 2.

Take successful design competition concept 'City Loop' for re-imagine play through Design Development. Extensive public process and elaborate graphics to aid fundraising.

S. Broadway Reconstruction (KY to South of TN) (Construction)
This reflects the first of 3 segments of the overall South Broadway & I-25 Interchange. This project reconstructs South Broadway from Kentucky Avenue to south of Tennessee Avenue, including center median, left turn lanes at signals, safety refuges for pedestrians, consolidation and limitation of access to Broadway, additional lighting for the entire project length, streetscaping, upgraded and improved signals and connections, "bulbouts" (curb extension) at Tennessee intersection, a 10 ft multi-use path between the S. Platte River Trail and the Broadway Light Rail Station, and ADA-compliant sidewalks(8ft min) and ramps.

S. Broadway Reconstruction (MS to AZ) (Construction)
This is the second segment of the overall South Broadway & I-25 Interchange project. This project reconstructs South Broadway from THE North side of Mississippi Avenue to the south to Arizona Avenue.  The work includes single and dual left turn lanes at signals, consolidation and limitation of access to Broadway, additional of ped and street lighting for the entire project length, streetscaping, upgraded and improved signals and connections, "bulbout"(curb extension) at northeast quadrant of the Mississippi intersection,  and ADA-compliant sidewalks(8ft min) and ramps.  It also includes the reconstruction of Mississippi from Sherman to the CML.  Two new retaining walls will be built west of Broadway on the North side of Mississippi.

Glenbrook Detention Basin            
The existing regional detention pond needs to be upgraded to provide a 100-year flood protection.  Improvements will include site grading, new trail, inlet and outlet pipes from and to pond, and landscape amenities.  The existing Bowles ditch to be disconnected.

Kennedy Ballpark Detention Rehabilitation         
Conduct planning and design a new outfall system to divert detention pond overflows across the JFK golf course to the Cherry Creek during major storm events to protect the down-stream properties.

Yale Ave. Storm, Ph I                      
Storm sewer improvements to upgrade the existing storm sewer system that has deficiencies in Basin 5200-03.  Flooding at Glencoe/Yale sump will need to be alleviated and minor and major storm runoff are not allowed to enter the High Line Canal in the future.

Iowa Extension, Phase II     
Provide Storm Sewer constructed from Mexico and Logan to Downing and Asbury

S. Forest Street Outfall       
Design and construct storm sewer outfall in South Forest Street to resolve drainage complains
