The Department of Public Works and the Parks and Recreation Department, City and County of Denver, has issued a Request for Qualifications (the “RFQ”) for professional services to complete professional design services as described below.

Construction of approximately 1,600 linear feet of 8’x12’ (Schedule A) or 8'x16' (Schedule B) Box Culvert storm sewer system from McFarland Drive exiting at the northeast corner of the Pepsi Bottling Company property and continuing through the Pepsi Bottling Company and CVJ Axle to Brighton Blvd. The Box will then turn right onto Brighton Blvd to 40th Street. It will continue east on 40th and connect at the High Street Outfall Phase 1 at 40th Street and Wynkoop Street. The selected schedule will be published after the City's review and analysis of all bids.

Furnish and install system software and equipment, signal equipment (e.g. signal controller cabinets, controllers, Line Conditioning UPSs, Ethernet switches, etc.) interconnect conduit, communication devices, and communication media for signal system projects. In addition, this project will design future signal system improvements. Project encompasses the signalized intersections not already upgraded to Ethernet communications and UPS backup on the following 3 corridors: 1. Colo. Blvd. from Hampden Ave. to 1st Ave. (Denver TSSIP 2013); 2. Colfax Ave. from Sheridan Blvd. to I-25 (Denver TSSIP 2014); 3. Colfax Ave. from Logan St. to Yosemite St. (Denver TSSIP 2014). This project falls under the 2011-2016 CMAQ program.
