The  “construction limits” for the Site are defined as Blake Street from 35th Street to 40th Street, 36th Street from Downing Street to Blake Street, Downing Street from Walnut Street to Blake Street, 40th Street from Walnut Street to Blake street and 38th Street from Delgany Street to Arkins Court.  Furthermore, the construction limits include cross streets as necessary to complete the project, and placement of signage on any street to be used for construction detours on the approved plans. All work shall occur within the City and County of Denver right-of-way.  Impacts to existing landscaping, concrete, sidewalk, structures, sprinklers, curbs, gutters, etc. that occur beyond the right-of-way will be repaired by the Contractor at their own expense.  Impacts to existing landscaping, concrete, sidewalk, structures, sprinklers, curbs, gutters, etc. that occur within the right-of-way, but are not specifically designated to be removed by the plans or by the Project Manger, will be repaired by the Contractor at their own expense. Contractor is responsible for coordinating construction activities with East Corridor project as required to complete work.

The Department of Public Works, City and County of Denver, has issued a Request for Qualifications (the “RFQ”) for professional services for the S. Broadway/Lincoln Corridor Study.

Remove and replace existing one-lane bridge (including abutments, wingwalls, etc) over Bear Creek adjacent to the Evergreen Golf Course Clubhouse.  Replacement bridge to be highway-rated, and will include new abutments/wingwalls, steel piling, and precast concrete slab.  Dewatering design and construction (to handle the Bear Creek flows) will be the responsibility of the contractor.  Other items include asphalt work (parking lot repair) and landscaping (trees, seeding, etc.).
