Reconstruct and upgrade 6 existing traffic signals located in the City and County of Denver. The project scope is to remove the existing traffic signal equipment (poles, signal and pedestrian indications, controllers, cabinets, pull boxes and associated equipment) at each of these intersections and replace them with a new traffic signal. All new signals shall be constructed in accordance with the current City and County of Denver Traffic Engineering Services standards and specifications. General sidewalk/curb ramps/roadway upgrades are also included.

This project is the third phase of the Bear Creek Trail construction projects between Sheridan and Wadsworth. This project involves constructing a new prefabricated steel bridge over bear creek just west of Sheridan as well as slight improvements to the trail approaches on each side of the bridge. The scope includes creek widening, as well as a cast in place structural slab on the north side to create a more cost effective second span.

The Denver Parks Northeast District Central Control Improvements project is a combination of eight different park sites that will have the irrigation controllers upgraded to central control irrigation.  The sites are all located in the Northeast District of Denver Parks and go from Lowry Blvd up to Montebello.
