The Department of Public Works, City and County of Denver, has issued a Request for Qualifications (the “RFQ”) for professional On Call Architecture and Technical Design services.

A Pre-Submittal Meeting will be held at 11:00 a.m. December 3, 2015, in Conference Room 1B6, Webb Building, 201 West Colfax Avenue, Denver, CO 80202. Interested firms are encouraged to attend. Proposers are responsible for any information conveyed at this meeting.
Printed Responses are due at 10:00 a.m. MST December 18, 2015, delivered to Public Works Finance and Administration, Attn: Jill Ferguson, 201 W. Colfax, Ste. 614, Denver, CO 80202.

The City and County of Denver (City) Public Works Department is soliciting Requests for Proposals from Consultant Teams to provide On-Call Architectural and Technical Design Services. Architectural firms are asked to partner with sub-consultants creating a complete Design Team capable of providing full architectural and engineering services in response to numerous and varied projects arising within the City. The Agreement for On-Call Architectural and Technical Design Services will have a three-year term, and will have a contract limit of $480,000. Projects will be initiated by issuing task orders to the contract with the aggregate fee for all task orders limited to $480,000.
The Consultant Team must possess the following capabilities.
The Consultant Team is encouraged to provide the following specialty disciplines.
Minority and Women Business Enterprise Participation: The Project goal of 14% must be met with certified participants as set forth in Section 28-65, D.R.M.C. or through the demonstration of a sufficient good faith effort under Section 28-62 D.R.M.C. For compliance with good faith requirements under Section 28-62(b), the M/WBE percentage solicitation level required for this project is 100%.
As the City’s best interests may appear the Manager of Public Works reserves the right to waive informalities in, and to reject any or all, proposals.
