Contract 201632002 Hadley Library Renovation

The purpose of the project is to renovate the 1st floor of the Library and make the basement accessible for future program use. The renovation scope includes the following key components: 1) An IdeaLAB space which will function as a makerspace and digital media lab. 2) A two stop elevator that serves the basement and First Floor. 3) An egress stair from the basement to the 1st Floor in addition to the existing stair. 4) Reconfiguration of the Staff space. 5) Reconfiguration of all the shelving as well as children's area, computer lab space as well as front desk. 6) Basement improvements for Life Safety and as future flexible space.

Contract No. 201631709 Mt Harvard General Storm

The purpose of this project is to install new storm drain systems to mitigate localized ponding/flooding issues. Water utility relocations, surface restoration, concrete flatwork, landscaping and asphalt paving will also be part of the project scope. The two locations included in this project are at 10th and Grove and 3rd and Mariposa.

Contract 201631819 33rd Street Outfall (31st and 36th Street Outfall Project) Segment – Blake St. To Arapahoe St.

This project is to improve the drainage conditions in the Basins 0062-01 & 4500-02 (bounded by S. Platte River to East 13th Ave. and from North Williams Street to North Grant Street) during a 5 year storm event. This phase of the project is to construct the storm sewer system and its associated facilities along 33rd Street corridor starting at the Blake Street and ending at Arapahoe Street. Also included is the Add Alt. 1 between Arapahoe and Curtis Streets on the same corridor.

Contract 201631445 2016 Pavement Marking Master On-Call

The 2016 Pavement Marking Master On-Call will be to install new and/or maintain existing pavement markings within the City and County of Denver. Types of pavement markings include crosswalks, words/symbols, decorative markings, long/dash lane lines, etc. Materials used will consist of thermoplastic pavement marking, preformed thermoplastic pavement marking, epoxy and modified epoxy and waterbourne paint pavement markings, and preformed thermoplastic pavement marking adhesive for asphalt and concrete roadway surfaces. This contract is a Three Year Contract. We are looking to award multiple contracts.

RFQ: Design-Build Services for City Park Golf Course

The Department of Public Works, City and County of Denver has issued a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Design-Build services for the Platte to Park Hill: Stormwater Systems – City Park Golf Course Parks and Drainage Improvements Design-Build (Project). The Project will renovate the City Park Golf Course to provide a high quality 18-hole regulation municipal golf course designed and constructed to United States Golf Association (USGA) recommendations/guidelines, modified to City standards, that has a more efficient layout while integrating detention that provides flood protection to the community, improves water quality, and provides enhanced public space and facilities. The work included for this procurement includes the design and construction of the City Park Golf Course, integrated detention, short game/chipping area, driving range, First Tee facilities, putting greens, irrigation, parking lots, retaining walls, accessory/outbuilding structures, as well as potential demolition and reconstruction of the clubhouse.
