A Pre-Submittal Meeting will be held at 11:00 a.m. local time, March 10, 2016, in Conference Room 4.G.2, Wellington E. Webb Building, 201 West Colfax Avenue, Denver, CO  80202. Interested firms are encouraged to attend. Proposers are responsible for any information conveyed at this meeting.

Printed Responses are due at 10:00 a.m. local time, March 31, 2016delivered to Public Works Finance and Administration, Attn: Jill Ferguson, 201 W. Colfax, Dept. 614, Denver, CO  80202.

Question Deadline: All inquiries and questions regarding this RFQ shall be directed to Jill Ferguson in the Public Works Department in writing via email at jill.ferguson@denvergov.org no later than March 17, 2016, 2:00 p.m.

General Statement of Work: The Department of Public Works, Wastewater Capital Projects Management group is soliciting Requests for Qualifications from Consultant Teams to provide comprehensive engineering services to support various Wastewater capital program or infrastructure needs, as well as other general engineering services throughout Public Works on an on-call, as needed basis.

Minority and Women Business Enterprise Participation: The Project goal of 10% must be met with certified participants as set forth in Section 28-65, D.R.M.C. or through the demonstration of a sufficient good faith effort under Section 28-62 D.R.M.C.  For compliance with good faith requirements under Section 28-62(b), the M/WBE percentage solicitation level required for this project is 100%.

As the City’s best interests may appear the Manager of Public Works reserves the right to waive informalities in, and to reject any or all, proposals.

Update April 18 — We are a bit behind schedule with the Comprehensive Wastewater RFQ notifications. The proposals have been reviewed and we have determined we will not be having interviews for this selection. We hope to have the Selection Notification out to all proposers within the next 2 weeks, possibly earlier.
