A Pre-Submittal Meeting will be held at 3:00 P.M. MST, September 30, 2016 in Conference Room 1B6, Webb Building, 201 West Colfax Avenue, Denver, CO  80202. Interested firms are encouraged to attend. Proposers are responsible for any information conveyed at this meeting.

General Statement of Work: The City and County of Denver Department of Public Works is requesting that your firm submit a proposal to provide on-call professional services for the Program Management of the National Western Center (NWC). The program management firm will develop scope, budget, phasing plans and program schedule for the NWC.  The selected firm will also setup and manage program controls, policies and procedure for the execution of the NWC.

Minority and Women Business Enterprise Participation:  The Project goal of 8% must be met with certified participants as set forth in Section 28-65, D.R.M.C. or through the demonstration of a sufficient good faith effort under Section 28-62 D.R.M.C.  For compliance with good faith requirements under Section 28-62(b), the M/WBE percentage solicitation level required for this project is 100%.

General:  As the City’s best interests may appear, the Manager of Public Works reserves the right to waive informalities in, and to reject any or all, proposals.
