A Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held at 9:30 a.m. January 31, 2017, in Conference Room 4.F.6, Webb Building, 201 West Colfax Avenue, Denver, CO  80202.  Interested firms are encouraged to attend.  Proposers are responsible for any information conveyed at this meeting.

General Statement of Work: The Department of Public Works controls and operates certain public parking facilities for the City and County of Denver. The purpose of this request is to secure a qualified and responsive facility contractor to provide professional parking management services in the operation and maintenance of the Acme, Auraria, Bannock, Chestnut, N. Elati, S. Elati, and Firehouse surface parking lots (hereinafter “Lots” or individually as “Lot”) and extend On-Call work at other City facilities, as needed. The City may award one or more contracts.

General Selection Process: In making final selection recommendations to the Manager of Public Works, the competitive selection process provided for under this RFP will focus on the qualifications, the responses provided to the requested material, and prior history of professional performance on similar contracts, in accordance with the selection criteria set forth in this RFP.  Thoughtful written responses to this RFP will enable the City to select the most qualified proposer.

General: As the City’s best interests may appear, the Manager of Public Works reserves the right to waive informalities in, and to reject any or all, proposals.
