General Statement of Work: The National Western Center (NWC) Partners are exploring adaptive reuse and rehabilitation opportunities for a local historic landmark, the 1909 Stadium Arena, located at 4655 Humboldt Street in Denver. The adopted National Western Center Master Plan envisions the historic rehabilitation of the arena and its reuse as an active year-round public market -highlighting and promoting Colorado-made and -grown products from around our State.
Minority and Women Business Enterprise Participation: The project goal of 15% must be met with certified participants as set forth in Section 28-65, D.R.M.C. or through the demonstration of a sufficient good faith effort under Section 28-62 D.R.M.C. For compliance with good faith requirements under Section 28-62(b), the M/WBE percentage solicitation level required for this project is 100%.
General: As the City’s best interests may appear, the Manager of Public Works reserves the right to waive informalities in, and to reject any or all, proposals.
