General Statement of Work: The City and County of Denver is seeking a qualified consultant to perform Professional On-Call Program Management Services for the 2017 GO Bond Program. The 2017 GO Bond Program could include seven (7) portfolios of public infrastructure improvement projects, the funding for which must be approved by a vote of the qualified and registered electors of the City and County of Denver at a special municipal election to be held on Tuesday, November 7, 2017. The public infrastructure improvement projects represent a significant investment in Denver’s transportation/mobility system, the Denver Health and Hospital Authority, cultural facilities, public safety system, library system, parks and recreation system, and other publicly owned facilities through new construction, rehabilitation and expanded capital improvements. Scope of services for this procurement include: Program Management, Program Controls, Program Communications, Management Policies and Procedures, Program Implementation & Support Services and potential access to Project Management services.

Minority and Women Business Enterprise Participation: The Project goal of 9% must be met with certified participants as set forth in Section 28-65, D.R.M.C. or through the demonstration of a sufficient good faith effort under Section 28-62 D.R.M.C.  For compliance with good faith requirements under Section 28-62(b), the M/WBE percentage solicitation level required for this project is 100%.

General: As the City’s best interests may appear, the Manager of Public Works reserves the right to waive informalities in, and to reject any or all, proposals.
