A Pre-Submittal Meeting will be held at 10:30AM January 18, 2017, in Conference Room 4G2, Webb Building, 201 West Colfax Avenue, Denver, CO  80202. Interested firms are encouraged to attend. Proposers are responsible for any information conveyed at this meeting.

General Statement of Work: The City and County of Denver Public Works Department is requesting that your firm submit a proposal to provide Program and Project Management services for the Platte to Park Hill Parks and Drainage Improvements Program.

Minority and Women Business Enterprise Participation:  The Project goal of 15% must be met with certified participants as set forth in Section 28-65, D.R.M.C. or through the demonstration of a sufficient good faith effort under Section 28-62 D.R.M.C.  For compliance with good faith requirements under Section 28-62(b), the M/WBE percentage solicitation level required for this project is 100%.

General:  As the City’s best interests may appear, the Manager of Public Works reserves the right to waive informalities in, and to reject any or all, proposals.
