A Pre-Submittal Meeting will be held at 3:00 p.m., February 1, 2018, in Conference Room 4.F.6, Webb Building, 201 West Colfax Avenue, Denver, CO 80202. Interested firms are encouraged to attend. Proposers are responsible for any information conveyed at this meeting.

General Statement of Work: The Professional On-call Construction Cost Estimating and Preconstruction Services will focus in Multi-Disciplinary (Wastewater, Transportation and Facilities) Areas of Work for Horizontal and Vertical Construction. The scope of work will include Project Budget Cost Estimates in various stages of Design, Cost Modeling, Conceptual Budget Estimates, Design Development Budget Estimates, Construction Document Estimates, Trend Estimating, Value Engineering, Value Analysis, Preconstruction Services.

Minority and Women Business Enterprise Participation:  The project goal of 17% must be met with certified participants as set forth in Section 28-65, D.R.M.C. or through the demonstration of a sufficient good faith effort under Section 28-62 D.R.M.C. For compliance with good faith requirements under Section 28-62(b), the M/WBE percentage solicitation level required for this project is 100%.

General: As the City’s best interests may appear, the Manager of Public Works reserves the right to waive informalities in, and to reject any or all, proposals.
