Paying online?

The City of Denver recently implemented a security enhancement to better protect our online payment processing system.  As a result of this enhancement, we are no longer able to accept payments from non-current browsers. If you are using an older browser version, please upgrade your browser to the most current version so that you can access the online payment service.

Each designated parkway has its own regulations for right-of-way and setback. To find out whether your property or project is located on a designated parkway, enter the address in the property lookup tool to the right.

Parkways approval required

Construction of projects located on parkway property are managed through the combined efforts of Development Services and Denver Parks and Recreation and require Parkways approval before proceeding.

Visit the Parks and Recreation website to view the parkways map and learn about the regulations for the setback distance.
