Paying online?

The City of Denver recently implemented a security enhancement to better protect our online payment processing system.  As a result of this enhancement, we are no longer able to accept payments from non-current browsers. If you are using an older browser version, please upgrade your browser to the most current version so that you can access the online payment service.



The Business Office of Child Care (BOCC) unit assists child care providers who are currently part of the Colorado Child Care Assistance Program (CCCAP) or who would like to sign up. The unit assists with program setup, Point of Service (POS) system training, completion of the fiscal agreement of amendments, processing manual billings, and responding to provider questions.

  1. How do I become a provider?
    Becoming a provider is normally based on referrals, which is when an existing client would like to utilize a specific facility for child care.

  2. How do I submit a manual invoice?
    Please see the link to the manual claim form and instructions below.

  3. How often are CCCAP payments made?
    Payments are made every Thursday following the previous child care week (Sunday through Saturday).

  4. How can I inquire about a payment?
    You may logon to the Provider Self Service Portal (PSSP) or contact the BOCC unit using the email inbox below.
