GET INVOLVED IN PEAK ACADEMY

The Peak Academy offers training and coaching aimed at driving process improvement within the City and County of Denver. The Peak Academy uses process improvement methodology—a systematic approach of continuous improvement focused on the identification and elimination of waste within a process.

The Mayor’s Office and City leaders created the Peak Academy to train employees in the principles of process improvement.
