Welcome to the North Denver Cornerstone Collaborative (NDCC), a collection of major redevelopment projects in River North, Globeville, Elyria, and Swansea. Our goal is to coordinate the six portfolio projects underway in these neighborhoods to build a better, greener, and more connected North Denver.

Brighton Boulevard Redevelopment

Creating a walkable, bikeable gateway to Downtown and a new link to DEN that will transform the River North neighborhood.

Reconnecting Denver neighborhoods surrounding I-70 between Colorado and Brighton Blvds, including the development of a lid that will feature green space, an entertainment pavilion, and other amenities.
