How long have you been in this line of work and why do you keep doing it?
I have been in the planning industry for over 12 years. I love my work because I get the chance to work closely with the community and ultimately have a positive impact on the built environment.
Who is the most influential person in your life?
My Mom. She taught me that you can achieve anything you put your mind to. She was career focused but also balanced family life well.

When life gets messy, clean it up!
What advice would you give to your younger self?
Be patient and kind to yourself.
What is the best vacation you’ve ever taken?
I backpacked through Europe for three months. I learned so much through this experience. It was so exciting to experience other cultures and the deep history that exists.
