2017 Employee Engagement Survey is Here!

 

The 2017 Employee Engagement Survey launched today, June 6! The survey takes place every other year and helps us gather feedback on how you feel about working at the City and County of Denver. As a result of the survey’s findings in 2015, many action plans have been implemented across the city in response to employees’ opinions. Please view the citywide action plan summary and visit the website for more information on action items in specific departments and agencies, including a message from Mayor Michael B. Hancock. The survey is open Tuesday, 6/6 - Monday, 6/19. It is confidential and will only take 15 minutes to complete. The goal is to have 100% participation. Look for an email invitation to participate in the survey from PwC, the outside third party firm conducting the survey. Remember… your opinion counts! Your voice will be heard.
