Paying online?

The City of Denver recently implemented a security enhancement to better protect our online payment processing system.  As a result of this enhancement, we are no longer able to accept payments from non-current browsers. If you are using an older browser version, please upgrade your browser to the most current version so that you can access the online payment service.

RECEIVE YOUR W-2 ELECTRONICALLY

All employees can elect to receive an electronic version of their W-2 in Workday.

If you would like to receive your annual Form W-2 electronically, you are now able to consent through Workday. If you are not sure whether you have consented or not this year, you can check your status by signing in to Workday

By consenting to receive your 2017 Form W-2 through Workday you will obtain your Form W-2 up to two weeks earlier than employees who receive theirs through the mail. You will also determine when you print your W-2, and you will help the city’s cost savings and sustainability efforts by reducing printing and mailing costs. You can even view your W-2 from home without having to print it at all.
