Need a pre-Workday payslip, W-2 or financial report? Log in to PeopleSoft using the new Denver Employee Intranet

Although PeopleSoft is no longer in use for payroll, human resources, or finance, it houses many years’ worth of historical data. This data is accessible in a read-only format to current city employees, based on their role.

Auto-Load in Workday for Approved Positions

Hiring managers do not need to submit a request in Workday for positions approved through the 2018 expansion. The Budget Management Office (BMO) and OHR are working together to create all 2018 expansion positions en masse and then make them available to departments/agencies (clients) to fill after January 1, 2018.
