I have some very exciting news for Southwest Denver! In September of next year, the former Grocery Warehouse at 1339 S. Federal Blvd. will be transformed into a flexible health care clinic that will be open to all populations and accept a variety of health plans in addition to Medicaid patients.

Do you want to double your investment within 15- years? A new round of "mini-bonds" especially designed for small investors will be up for sale in late May.  They are a funding device for capital improvements to our city that voters approved as part of 2007 Better Denver Campaign.

Life can sometimes be demanding and the added stresses of adulthood do not help alleviate the situation. One way the City of Denver can help is through the Chores Service Program that provides free cleaning and yard maintenance for residences over 60 years old.  Another way the City can help is through its Energy Challenge Program that helps residents save an average of $160 a year on energy costs.
