What does CPD do?
- We prepare citywide and neighborhood plans, and tools for implementation
- We review development plans and issue permits
- We perform inspections and enforce codes
We staff:
- The Denver Planning Board
- The Landmark Preservation Commission
- The Lower Downtown Design Review Board
- The Cherry Creek North Design Advisory Committee
We appear before:
- Board of Appeals (Building Code Appeals)
- Board of Adjustment (Zoning Code Appeals)
We participate:
- Better Denver Bond Sustainability Committee
- International Code Council
- DRCOG (Denver Regional Council of Governments) Committees
