The deadline for submitting an application and supplemental materials to present at a Landmark Preservation Commission meeting or a Lower Downtown Design Review Board meeting is three weeks prior to the scheduled meeting date.

NOTE: Materials submitted less than three weeks in advance of a meeting will be scheduled for the next available meeting.
