Jefferson Park Neighborhood Plan

Plan adopted July 2005

The Jefferson Park Neighborhood Plan was adopted as a supplement to the Comprehensive Plan 2000. Jefferson Park contains only 309 acres of land and approximately 3,300 residents.  The boundaries of the neighborhood are West 29th Avenue and Speer Boulevard on the north, the South Platte River on the east, West 19th and 20th Avenues and Interstate 25 on the south, and Federal Boulevard on the west.  Most of the neighborhood is located on a bluff west of I-25 and the South Platte River, overlooking downtown Denver.  The western section of the neighborhood is primarily residential, while the eastern section contains a variety of institutional, commercial, and industrial uses.
