General Urban Neighborhood Context

    The General Urban Neighborhood Context consists of primarily multi-family residential within a variety of building forms, such as urban houses, rowhouses, and apartment buildings, as well as single family and two family residential uses.  Commercial areas are both embedded in the neighborhood and located along busier, mixed-use arterials.

General Urban (G-) Neighborhood is Article 6 of the Denver Zoning Code.

  • G-RO- (Residential Office)
  • G-RX- (Residential Mixed Use)
