Meeting Schedule and Deadlines for Submittal:

 

An initial application (one copy) must be submitted three weeks prior to the desired meeting date. Applications that are submitted less than three weeks in advance of a commission meeting will be scheduled for the next available meeting.

 

Fifteen (15) copies of the application must be submitted eleven days prior to the desired meeting date in order to give the commission members time to review and consider the application prior to the meeting. Applications that are submitted less than eleven days in advance of a commission meeting will be scheduled for the next available meeting.

 

Note: If the agenda is full/closed, scheduling will be for the next open agenda.
