Meeting Schedule and Deadlines for Submittal:
Initial Application
An initial application (one copy) must be submitted three weeks prior to the desired meeting date (see table, below). Applications that are submitted less than three weeks in advance of a board meeting will be scheduled for the next available meeting.
Required Copies of the Application for Use by the Board Members
Fifteen (15) copies of the application must be submitted nine days prior to the desired meeting date in order to give the board members time to review and consider the application prior to the meeting. Applications that are submitted less than nine days in advance of a board meeting will be scheduled for the next available meeting.
Note: If the agenda is full/closed, scheduling will be for the next open agenda.
